问题现象
最近 CI 构建出现失败，并报错：“You must first sign the relevant contracts online. (1048)”.

登录你的 Apple Developer 帐户并转到 App Store Connect，将看到许可协议已更新的通知。你只需同意更新的协议，就可以进行公证的申请了。
